The City Tap House on 3925 Walnut Street finally opened it’s doors Monday, May 10th. It’s a very impressive place inside and out. They offer outdoor seating with propane fire pits on the balcony floor, also plenty of bar seating and tables are available. Another very good idea was the open kitchen, it sits far away from the bar, but the floor plan is so open you can see it from any point of the restaurant.

Now let’s talk about the beer…they have 60 taps, all of which are very good choices. They range from all over the beer spectrum and have plenty of choices for any type of beer lover. And yes, you can bring your un-educated beer friend along, they have choices for him also.
Overall a very nice, organized place. I will have more info up in the near future with an Grand Opening Party and a talk with the Beer Steward himself, Andy Farrell.
