LOVELIKEBEER, in collaboration with San Diego Beer Blog is pleased to announce its fourth event: ‘Assembly,’ an evening of exceptional craft beers and exquisitely prepared vegan food pairings on Saturday, Nov. 5 at Sea Rocket Bistro. This is the first completely vegan or vegetarian event in San Diego Beer Week history and will provide the beer and culinary community an ambitious dinner event unlike any other the city has seen. Keeping with LOVELIKEBEER’s charitable mission, proceeds will benefit the San Diego chapter of Engineers Without Borders, a nonprofit organization that works with communities worldwide to implement sustainable engineering projects, while creating responsible leaders.

‘Assembly,’ will feature a prix-fixe, multi-course menu of dishes artistically prepared by Sea Rocket Executive Chef Chad White, creatively paired with craft beers from world-famous Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales of Dexter, Michigan. Jolly Pumpkin focuses on traditional, rustic-style beers brought to life through labor and love, and a production process that includes open fermentation, oak aging and bottle conditioning. This process creates beers with very unique, complex and interesting flavors, which will add to the experience of White’s inventive dishes.

Different from previous LOVELIKEBEER pop-up events, tickets for ‘Assembly’ will be sold in advance at www.LOVELIKEBEER.com and will go on sale 6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 12th. Due to the rare, limited nature of the artisan beers sourced for the event, the inventive culinary food pairings and the fusion of progressive food, art and beer like never before, this is one of the most unique events in San Diego Beer Week history.
