Ale & Beer Artisan Table ~ June 11 at 7:00pm
Special Guest: Kyle Bergman, Sous Chef at The Grill at The Lodge at Torrey Pines.
Take the fresh artisan foods and wines from the best local producers in Southern California, add the warmth and comfort of dining with kindred spirits in a lovely and gracious environment, and you have an exciting new experience in dining. The Lodge at Torrey Pines will offer a communal Artisan Table dinner, by reservation, each Thursday evening on the Terrace at A.R.Valentien, the signature restaurant at The Lodge. In this relaxed, intimate alternative to traditional restaurant dining, guests will enjoy a variety of seasonal dishes in a convivial, less formal setting, with ten to sixteen at the table. The Artisan Table dinner will include a variety of menu items served family style in four courses: appetizers, main course, cheese, and dessert and coffee, along with wines selected by the chefs to complement each unique meal. The menu will change weekly as seasonal and specialty foodstuffs become available from the premier local producers.
