Here’s the deal: The beers are Belgian style, but they’re brewed in San Diego County (OK, we’re ‘importing’ one beer from Orange County, because it’s delicious). The recipes are Belgian style, but they’re made with local seafood, meat cheese and produce. So, it’s a celebration of Belgian influence on San Diego brewing and cooking, and a great way to support local brewers, farmers and ranchers. Get it?
